Beavers having fun in Celbridge Abbey FREEDOM for to all Beavers

We had our first Outing ON THE 28TH September to the Annual fun day in the Abbey, Celbridge, Organised by the Cill Dara County. Over 117 Members  of our Unit from Cubs and Scouts Beavers attended on the day. In all close to 500 Children were there.

The Abbey is a beautiful place to be,particularly on a sunny day. There was lots to do there ans we learned new games for the Beavers to do in the Scout Den.

we’ve had a great year in our new purpose built den. we meet up with the County for some events and have enjoyed other days out on our own and with the Thursday Beavers.

we are looking forward to the GIANT sleep over in June, a great opportunity for the older Beavers who are moving to Cubs to get a sense of camping.
